In addition to defending herself against accusations from Kim that she wants her life, Khloe Kardashian now has to deal with some pretty serious legal charges, too. TMZ reports Mrs. Odom is being sued by a transgender woman who claims Khloe beat her outside Playhouse nightclub in on December 5th, 2009. Chantal Spears (formerly Ronald Spears) says Khloe "violently struck [her] in and about [her] body," which resulted in Chantal sustaining serious injuries. At the time of the incident, Chantal alleged Khloe "pushed and hit" her because she went up to Lamar Odom and told him he was "too young to be married."
